I know this isn't AF.

I'm seven months post partum and still haven't received my AF, but this morning I got up to pee and my pee was like a color mixture between red and urine yellow. (So almost like a dark orange, almost red.) I thought it was AF and wiped down there but there is no blood on the tissue. I went to the dr about a month ago about my appendix pains. So I guess my question is, can my appendix problems make the color of my pee change?

Kindey stones as well as UTI's can do that. I like to call it root beer brown pee (even though its a tad different) Have you had any pain lately? Like stabbing or a feeling like your really constipated but your not?

I would think maybe UTI or some other related type issue. But definitely dehydration. Drink some water and pure cranberry juice and make a Doctor apt.

I have pains daily, but definitely no constipation. My BM has increased like triple. I go like 5-7 times a day. And my pee was like the root beer color.

Sounds like a UTI. I'd call your doctor.
I had problems with my appendix and never had anything change with my pee.
