I don't   I'm trying though I know someone who's soon to be ex husband ran off to Vegas and lives with him... so hopefully she has the address and I can get that.

They really dropped it? Maybe it's b/c of the debt Ca is in, but I was on it for like a year so they could make him pay, and they were garnishing his wages. Or at least trying to, he quit his job as soon as he noticed it in his first paycheck. Idk about the state you're in, but if he doesn't pay it or cooperate, he'll just owe backpay for all the years he didn't pay. So even when the kid is like 35, he'll still have to pay.

I'm trying after not hearing from him since we talked about me and NJ going to Vegas and me saying he'd have to pay for the plane ticket.

Honestly I felt so much better after I filed.
It took several months for a court date. And having to hear him talk made me kind of sick but also happy. He was the piece of smurf who told me to get an abortion because he "had taken four girls before and it's not a big deal. He was the piece of smurf who got my number blocked while I was pregnant, just to unblock it later once he knew my son was born and ask how he could sign his rights away. He was the piece of smurf who didn't tell his family about my son because he was afraid they wouldn't pay for his trip to Italy or grad school. He was the piece of smurf who got a big shot job in NYC and thought he would fly under the radar and there he was. He couldn't deny my son anymore. He couldn't convince his family or friends that I was lying slut anymore. He couldn't act like he felt sorry for my son because "I didn't know who his real dad was"

He was now the one who had to ask ME to cut him a break. And I could just give him a big "smurf you for the way you treated my son" and let the courts handle it. I could handle the way he treated me but not the way he treated my son.

I hate dead beats. Honestly I felt so awesome and I felt my son was justified in some way after the first hearing. I didn't even care about dollars I was just so happy he couldn't pretend like my son didn't exist anymore.

because he will fight to see her and ill be held in comtempt of court if he doesnt.get to all for probaboly $32 /month that wont even pay for the gas to take her where he is.. then he wont even spend time w her just play video games lol so i think its not worth it, i was told by the cs office what to expect and it doesn't seem worth the hassle
