Feeling sick for three weeks?

I thought it was just a cold, which I am not over, but it's still here. It started with a sore throat, had some deep coughing and mild vomiting when I ate. I still cough anytime I eat or drink, I'm nauseous if I eat, drink, or smoke. I'm constantly cramping the past three-four days. I thought it was ovulation, *still think I ovulated a couple days ago* I took an OPK tonight and it was negative. I'll test the 1st just in case I did ovulate, since if I did it'd be earlier than anticipated. I just don't understand why I keep getting sick, my nose also runs for no apparent reason.
