I feel so violated...

I'm going to make a long story short.
Yesterday, I found out that DH had installed a smurfing key logger onto my computer. Yes, downloaded a key logger, installed it, and even went to the extreme of hiding the file. The only reason I found out? I was using the computer and I get a notification saying that my free trial is expiring and it can no longer monitor sessions longer than 40 minutes, I'm like "The smurf is this?" look it up and it's a key logger.
I took some time, thought on it. I had to figure out the best approach because DH is a tricky bitch. Around 7PM, I asked him to delete the key logger off my computer, he acts dumb. I let him play dumb, but insist he takes it off. I tell him about the notification, hand him the computer and say "I'm leaving, but remember your honesty is vital." I go outside, walk around, come back in. "I may have installed one on your computer, I don't remember" he says. I say "I think you need time to think. I'll come back later." I leave, walk around, come back. Again he says he may have, but doesn't recall, I tell him to stop bullsmurffing me, he confesses.

I was in relationship that was psychologically and physically abusive before DH...He'd go through my myspace, e-mail, phone, and he'd do it right in front of me, he didn't give a smurf. But he NEVER went so far as to put a key logger on my computer and monitor my every. smurfing. keystroke.
Honestly, I'm smurfing terrified right now. That is a whole new level of smurfing obsessive and crazy, and I'm scared of what else he's capable of to pry into my life that way...
I honestly don't know what to do. I can't think straight, I can't eat, this is just smurfing me up in the head, it's smurfing with me bad...
I don't know what to do anymore, my stomach is in smurfing knots.

Wow thats smurfing nuts. I would be all set with that relationship...

I can't leave, this is my home. And he's already told me before if I want him out (This is not the first marital problem we've had, but it's the first one that has went on this long without my knowledge) then I have to legally evict him and all the money is his.

what do you think he was trying to find out with the key logger?

We've had issues with him invading my privacy before. He'd go through my phone, ask who so and so was, why I called them, what we talked about for so long, why I texted so and so so much, etc. He'd go through my facebook, read all of my conversations, but I thought we'd cleared all that smurf up in marriage counseling...
Now I find out he found another way to spy on me.

And single!!!!

File a protection order. You said you're terrified of him and he is showing his crazy side he wouldn't be allowed at the house with a PO

If I'm guessing the time frame it was installed in correctly, that was back when he had his last affair and you know what they say about a guilty conscious...I can literally sit here and say with pride I've never cheated on him. I literally asked him what I did to deserve this and it started a huge argument.

How quickly would they be able to vacate him from premises with that? And how long would it keep him away from me legally?

My friends crazy ass ex filed one he was immediately taken from the home and hasn't seen his kid in like 3 months. She put the order to include her and their son. They've gone to court a few times and she's renewed the order

I am so sorry OP. After reading your other responses, he's had an affair, checked on all your smurf, went through counseling, and he's still checking up on you......  
This just sounds like a disaster. I really hope whatever decision you choose you're happy with it... I can't imagine how you feel right now.

Where would I go and what would I do to get one in place?

It's stressing me all to smurf. I seriously think I have a stomach ulcer between this mess and BD's bullsmurf. I'm surprised my hair hasn't started falling out again. Christ alive...I need this guy out of my house and simultaneously trying to figure out how to pay for my kid's smurf since his father won't pay child support and I'm a full time student with separated SI joints (Makes it hard to walk or stand for long periods). I'll get a part time job if need be, but I don't know who I could get to watch LO and who would do it so that I could afford to pay them on minimum wage...
