I'm getting assistance for 'education' right now, but I was told they won't do it for education and work. Plus, his daycare only stays open til 6:30 and I'd still be working because I'd only have not even a four hour window between school and work and I'd need more hours than that.
I asked my mom and she said she can't do it because my dad works third and when LO is at their house, he won't sleep either because LO is too noisy or it's just a distraction knowing that his grand child is in the next room and he's not with him.

I never said I was staying, you implied it.
I actually managed to get away long enough today to go speak with a friend who worked for a few years as a Domestic Violence Advocate at the local shelter before it shut down, and we're making a plan to get him out of my home while keeping me and my son SAFE. Doing it the right way...

If I put off school, I have to start paying $350 a month's rent.
It is my house in the fact that my name and my name alone is on the lease, but the lease agreement (Since my parents own the house) is that in order for me to live in the home rent free (I still have to pay electricity, gas for the car, car insurance, etc) that I have to remain in school until I finish and obtain a certificate or degree and obtain steady employment.
If I get a part time job and can figure something out while staying in school, no rent. If I quit school and obtain full time employment, I have to be put on a waiting list for childcare assistance for employment (It took me six months to get accepted for education), or I won't have anyone to watch LO.
It's really, really, really complicated, but me and my friend are working on the details.

Right now he's at work, but I had him remove the key logger yesterday from my computer.

There is nothing to hide. But the thought of him reading on a screen every single key stroke I made, including my private blog that I use as a diary?
That's my personal, innermost thoughts that I want to keep to myself. It freaks me out to know that he's so delusionally paranoid that he's put software on my computer built to spy on people. His mind and the way it's working freaks me out.

I would leave. That's how stalkers start out, and I've heard of way too many crazy jealous spouses going off the deep end in these situations. I wouldn't feel safe if I were you.
