Then you should know that I have my facts straight. I've been fighting and protesting Obama care since day one. I've read the bill, watched the debates, and read both sides of the supreme court decision.

Obama won the election and the Supreme Court upheld the decision. And you still pushing out disinformation. This was a bill that Republicans created in the first place.

Then the Washington Post, Forbes, and Factcheck must also be spreading "misinformation".

Cuts to medicare $716 BILLION

I see you're spreading those Republican lies. That's the same cut that Paul Ryan wanted to do. but those cuts went back to help seniors to afford $500 worth of prescription drugs and to cut out the donut hole. Those cuts were overpayments to the insurance companies.

But your spreading those lies and you have to scroll down of what you link because not everyone pays a fine if they don't have health insurance and you do get tax credits to help pay the costs.

And, you said anyone under $50,000 doesn't pay. There is no place in any bill that I have seen that says under $50k (under $9,500 income per person, yes). You want to link that for me? You want to also link to that "tax credit"? I haven't seen that either.

I've provided links and backed up what I have to say. Your turn.

They get a tax credit for those under 55,000

Health reform also improves the cost sharing assistance for individuals and families relative to the Senate bill. Families with income below $55,000 will get extra assistance; the additional funding to insurers will cover between 73 and 94% of their health care costs. It provides the same cost-sharing assistance as the Senate bill for higher-income families and the same assistance as the House bill for families with income from $77,000 to $88,000.

What is sooo peachy about this entire bill is that it does ZERO to curb costs. Sure, money will be taken from one pocket and put into another, but NOTHING is being done to reduce costs.
Thanks Mr. President! Nice job pulling the wool over so many peoples eyes!

It does curb costs by not paying for duplicate procedures and having more people covered by insurance. It's more costly to have people use the ER.

Regarding the ER, you are still talking about usage and not cost of care. Also, it's cheaper to cover an ER visit than an insurance policy or we'd have people using the ER properly.
Unnecessary duplicate procedures are not currently reimbursed for by insurance policies. So, Obamacare wont help costs associated with overuse..
And, more people having insurance will not reduce costs. There is no logic to that arguement.
