Just a random question I suppose

Has anyone else felt like they got over heated or a hot flash right before having a contraction? it happens right before all of my contractions and right around the time of contractions I will also have this weird pain that feels like my leg(s) are dislocating from my hip. I def. don't remember feeling this way when pregnant with my son. I will be 38 weeks soon. and have a doctor's appointment tomorrow.
