Full Custody

So today my babydaddy had threaten full custody.
Here the background of everything. Her daddy haven't done anything for her ever since she was born, even in the hospital. He slept the whole time in the hospital and and won't even get up and get her, nor change her diaper. Even in the hospital when my mom, grandma and my aunt came to visit me. he disrespected them. he also verbally abuses, he call me all these name from being a moron to the "b" word.
but anyways, he want full custody of her. He doesn't even have a bed or a crib for her and himself. he also told me if he can't handle her he will just give it to his parent to raise her. He stop showering since he want to "save money" on the water bill. so how am i expect him to give Leigha (my baby girl) a bath. I also have a son who is 2 year old and he just adore her little sister and i dont want to take that away from him. every morning he will get up and go to her crib and check on her. It wil just hurt me if his sister is not around. Oh yeah he also told his ex best friend that he want to misthreat my son and he call him all these nasty name from how he is ugly and he going to grow up being a nobody and etc. so to all these mama out there can yall give me a advice on this, on how i can get full custody of my daughter? or to be able to win this battle?

Birth control. You're 18 with 2 kids??

You go down to the court house, I'm assuming, & file for custody. That is how you would get full custody of your daughter... but don't be surprised if they give him visitation if he asks for it. It's very rare a mother will get FULL custody without even visitation for the father.

But birth control isn't going to help her get custody of her daughter...

Unless he can prove you to be unfit it is unlikely that he will get full custody.... Doesn't sound like he could even afford to take you to court to get custody. He's just talking.

Well, in SC if you and your daughters father are not married and do not have court order CS or visitation the father has no legal rights...

i did use birth control Diplo to be exact.
But yet i got sick with stomach flu so i was still take antibiotic for it.
Plus we did use condom. but i still conceive.

He have visitation right but he doesnt want to come see her. all he say is that he want custody of her to be able to see her.
