Sucking on tongue?

My daughter is 5 months old, she used to suck on her tongue sometimes, and now she's doing it CONSTANTLY.
I've never seen a baby do this before! Is it normal? LOL.
She won't take a pacifier at ALL, but she loves to do this, and sometimes suck on her thumb/fingers

My son sucks on his tongue as well. He's been doing it since 2 or 2 1/2 months old. I think it's from teething or something. He still does it at 4 months just not as much. His new thing now is to stick his tongue out. It's constantly out, lol.
