chicken, fish aka salmon, shrimp, tuna, beans, egg whites but a whole egg is fine I ALWAYS have hard boiled eggs in my fridge to grab for a quick snack if I need one oh and if you like ground beef substitute it for ground turkey instead... much better for you

Would it be bad to have like a scrambled egg white on a bagel half than have a hard boiled egg as a snack? (I like eggs if you can tell)

if you are trying to lose weight I wouldn't eat bagels even half of one they are TERRIBLE you like your carbs but I would switch to a whole grain bread instead of white starchy sugar filled carbs also mix flax seeds and chia seeds in yogurt for awesome health benefits and chia seeds help to supress appetite and keep you fuller longer I sometimes eat more then one egg a day... they aren't "bad" for you like experts have said for years and years...

So I have no idea how to go about this I currently eat like
Breakfast: scrambled egg white on bagel half an coffee
Lunch: grilled chicken an a veggie
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: salad

sounds good to me, just make sure you are drinking a lot of water and burning more calories then you are eating, as well as doing weight training that is the best way for women to lose weight
