Alani is not a form of Alana. It's a Hawaiian name. I like both so it's hard to pick.

No frickin' kidding...32 weeks and we thought we were having a girl...I thought they had the wrong kid or belly or something. I'd love to know how they didn't figure out that it was a boy until 32 weeks...So yeah, we're boy name hunting right now. And gender neutralizing our nursery, and returning girl stuff that we got at our shower for boy stuff...

But on the light side, we're having wayyy better luck with boy names than we had with girls!

Actually, I think we do...We're thinking Jasper Timothy. It was WAY easier to pick out than trying to find a girl's name.

I like Jasper. I was going to suggest Alan as it's the masculine form of Alana.

We had thought of that too! I wouldn't use Alan as a first name, but as a middle name it's actually really nice...Maybe even go with a double middle name (Not the first time we've done it) and go with Jasper Timothy Alan.
