TMI

So I have been taking these prenatal vitamins don't remember the rand and too tired to get up but any way for the past week my stool has been dark green and I've been constipated but still manage to go every day. Any advice at all about green stool ? Should I switch vitamins

It's probably from the iron in the vitamins...you could try a brand with less iron, and just try to get more in your diet.

What foods are higher in Iron I don't eat alot of red meat or beans because neither agree with my stomach very well and thanks for that info I will be looking for a vitamin with less iron

Green leafy vegetables (spinach, etc)...also most cereals are fortified with iron  

I personally take a prenatal vitamin without iron and then take a separate slow-release iron supplement because it's easier on my digestive system.
