My BD Has Seen My Son Once Since He's Been Born And I Called Him Over For That The Fool Only Stayed A Good 30 Mins.. Smh. So I've Been Calling Him/Texting Trying To Figure Out What He Wants To Do About His Son As Far As Spending Time With Him Goes And Parenting Him Together Since We're Not A Couple..

I Get Nothing Back From Him Not ONE Single Reply. He Already Has A Little Boy That He's So Great To So I Don't Understand Where This Is Coming From.. A Lot Of Rumors Have Been Going On That He Thinks Rashad Isn't His, NOT TRUE He Is The Father But My Son Doesn't Look Like Him So That's What He's Basing It Off Of If That's The Reason He's Not Coming Around He Should Just Say So, So When Can Get A Paternity Test Out Of The Way! SMFH. Any Advice On Handling This?

Did he sign a paternity acknowledgement? If not, you need to take him to court for child support and they will establish paternity.

You can't make him be there...all you can do is make him pay his fair share.

Go to court, establish paternity, get visitation outlined and child support... if that's what u want... I don't get cs but if I had just had dean I wish some1 would have told me to do this because 3 years later it was a smurfstorm of hell... goodluck and don't keep him from seeing baby and keep records of ur attempts to let him visit baby
