What I Cooked For Dinner ,

This was my first time attempting to cook a chicken casserole topped with cheese.. ingredients are a family recipe.. it may look nasty to others.. but it was sooo yummy.my Fiance loved it..




So any mama's have diff casserole ideas. bc im really into it now for some reason.lol

I do Mexican Casseroles. A layer of taco meat or chicken, broken up tortilla shells, cheese.... Cook that part. Then take it out and add a layer of lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, more cheese/nacho sauce, and soft tortilla shells. Drizzled with salsa. It's a cheap and easy go-to dinner here.

Cream cheese spaghetti bake, tator tot casserole, cheesy ham potato bake, and a chicken casserole that I think is different than yours. Casseroles are so yummy and easy.

What's in it? Aside from chicken and cheese on top, I mean

of course chicken & cheese. green&red peppers and this mix that my aunt made for me..

i just made this meal....

line it up in the dish, sprinkle with a packet of italian dressing mix and a stick of melted butter. its chicken green beans, and potatoes.. i use the fingerling potatoes, and then i did sweet potatoes for the little guy since they are softer and better for him

i make it once or twice a week. i love it. lol
