extra pie crust

so i have one extra, im already making an apple pie,and a pumpkin. id hate to waste it, so what else should i make?

When I have left over crust I usually make a jely tart with butter and brown sugar inside (and whatever jelly I have on hand)..and butter and cinnamon sugar on too

If 2 pies are enough, I'd just freeze the crust and get it out of the freezer when you have a hankering for some pie in a couple of months.
