I edited that. She is suing the government.... Because it's a government owned hospital. Not because it's government health care.

Yes, I was asking thoughts.

I didn't even give my actual opinion on whether I think she should sue or not.

I thought because I said I'd get a second opinion etc you thought I was disputing what you were saying. Which I wasn't, at all. Was just trying to clear that up.

Can she just sue the DR?? Why the Gov or hospital?

Normally if the DR is solely affiliated with the hospital and not a private office you sue the hospital, not the DR.

Just like if you get hurt really bad at someones house, you sue their home owners insurance, not them.

That is sad.   Definitely medical negligence.
