But giving it a "gender disappointment" headline is ridiculous and making this woman look like a selfish person when really she was depressed. She was ILL.

I would think that the babies would be buried with their mama...but as for as showing the bodies, I'm not sure. I guess it would depend on the husband/father and his choice. Although, I'm not sure there is anything they can really show.

I don't know they do autopsies on people who die from gunshots and stabbings when it's pretty obvious their cause of deaths.

They don't leave the baby in the womb. They still have to preserve the body, they don't just bury people.
