Black friday

Do you or have you ever taken your kids (mines 9 mnths) with you to black friday? I want to go this year but i dont trust anybody with my daughter & the chaos makes me very nervous to have my daughter with me . . .

I have worked 6 black fridays and I would NEVER take an infant or toddler with me. People are smurfing crazy and although rare there are always at least a few reports of people getting shot.stabbed. trampled . I would hate to be at the store it happens in.

I took my three year old one year. I think it just depends what you are after and how hot the item is. If it is a hot item you may have issues with stupid people who shove and carry on. My boys are older and beg to go with me lol

well DD is only 7 months, but i wouldn't at least until she was like 13 and wanted to shop.

ETA: i'd trust her a lot more with someone I know, rather than the greedy strangers who will do anything to get what they want on BF.

I did one year when my daughter was 6months. But my dad stayed with her in the shopping cart while me and my mom shopped. They looked at toys and stuff while we fought the crowd. It wasn't that bad, honestly. I wouldn't have done it alone with her, no way. But if you go with a couple people I don't see the harm in it.

Absolutely not. I'm not even going by myself. I'd rather spend the extra money than deal with a bunch of people acting like starving wolves.

Definite no. I desperately want something this year, but...not going for it. People take crazy pills before they go out on Black Friday and there's no way in hell I would put my daughter in harms way.

after seeing children get trampled... no friggen way. people have no regards for others. not to mention, waiting in long lines, cold weather depending on where your located... nope. i wouldnt bring my daughter even if she was a young teen.
