Fenugreek

I'm EBF my son, but I'm also pumping afterwards to give to my friend for her newborn, (She is having supply trouble) and I need more milk so I am going to try fenugreek. Are the pills big? And if so can they be cut? Don't want to waste money if I can't swallow them!

They are like normal vitamin size. Like a prenatal. If you cut it in half it might crumble but they're easy to swallow. I'm not good with pills at all and I can swallow it.
