Sweet smell??

Every time I go to the bathroom today I have a sweet/cleaner smell when I pee...from what I've googled it could mean my water is leaking...but my underwear aren't that wet (nothing different than the last couple days) could the smell of my actual urine just change to this?

No, if you're smelling that smell, I'd call your doc and get checked.

My pee smelled like honey nuts cheerios my entire pregnancy  
And my blood sugar was low, so I don't know.

I would still get it checked out. Any unusual odor needs to be investigated.

I've been smelling like that too lol.

Diabeetus!? I have diabetes and when I was preg it smelled sugary/sweet!

This just started today and I've passed the diabetes testing...

i would get checked if I was you IMO it sounds like your water leaking.

This might make me sound stupid but where would it be going then? My under wear are barely wet and if was leaking it wouldn't just come out when I peed right??? Sorry with my last kid it was a giant gush and didn't have a smell

Some people have slow leaks . So when your peeing your pushing it out down there without realizing it. It could be something completely different but it doesnt hurt make sure that isnt it.

That what I thought but not in all cases my friend water was leaking earlier this month an she didnt even notice it. And when she went it for her appt. she complained to doctor about a sweet smell while peeing. Sure enough it was her water leaking. But it could be something completely different not every case is same. It doesnt hurt to make sure that isnt case.

Yeah that what I said. Because when my water broke it was a flood. So I didnt even know that could happen.

I'm glad someone else is going through this. I didn't know how to ask lol. Guess I'm goin to change my appointment from next week t o this week. If it is my water leaking, does anyone know what I would be told? Is it harmful to the baby?
