I FIND IT VERRRRY IRRITATING....

I find it very irritating when people say, "Lindsey, you are SO small... I bet you will never show with this pregnancy." First of all, I am only 15 weeks pregnant, and it's my first. SO, the baby is only roughly 4 inches long, and I'm just not showing yet... Does anyone else get irritated at stuff like that? LOL

Yes. I didn't show with my first until I was almost 7 months. I WANTED the baby belly so bad. Now, with my 4th, I'm already showing a little at 7w3d.

I'm 26 weeks with my 2nd and I get that!! I measured at different times with my 1st to see how round I was and at this point I am only 1inch smaller than when I was this far along with my first. Everyone in my first told me I was a whale now I'm apparently tiny. LOL it is irritating, but as long as you and your dr know that you and baby are healthy, who cares!? tell everyone to shut it lol

That totally happened to me when I was pregnant with my last.

My ex-boss essentially told me that when I stopped by the office to say hi. I was 20 weeks.

no wait till your lil one is less then a month old and people see you with them and still ask you when the babies due

Nevermind lol my friends baby was like 6-9 months old and people were saying to her "oh you sure got pregnant again fast"   she actually cried at work a couple times when customers said that to her. So rude! She started just getting snarky and saying "no im just fat actually" ...that shut them up in a hurry.

i had to do that too im big also and my son is going to be one on dec 29th now i just say im fat or just ignore them..i just dont get why people just cant leave there mouths shut i would never say that to anyone unless i knew they were you know

It never irritated me but people used to tell me the same thing all the time when I was pregnant. It was my first and I didn't show a big belly up till I was nine months.

it's a compliment to be small not big so i wouldnt care personally.

when I was pregnant w/my daughter, I was much smaller than I am now (2nd time baby weight is a bitch!) There was this lady who was dumber than a box of rocks. I seriously had no idea how she remembered to breath, she was so dumb.

I was 8 months pregnant and someone asked how much longer I had. SHe came up to me and said exactly that! If I didn't actually need my job, I might have made her cry.

When my son was a couple months old, I went shopping for some clothes. I was too small for my maternity clothes, but not quite small enough to fit in my regular clothes yet. My husband was there with me. He had my son in the Snugli, and I was carrying the diaper bag. A saleslady asked if I needed any help. I told her no thanks, I was just looking. Out of nowhere, she said, "Well, we don't sell maternity clothes here." I cried.
