Another potty training question - advice needed

Ok, so my son has not been in pull ups for several months now - but he STILL refuses to poop in the potty. He's done it a handful of times, but he usually won't even try. And lately, he has been peeing in his pants, too - even though he KNOWS how to pee in the potty and will always be sure to ask to go to the bathroom if we are out and about.

I was thinking about not putting any pants on him at all. Just having him be naked. It's just us, no ones coming for the Holidays, but I feel like maybe taking his pants / underwear away may encourage him to actually GO in the potty, because I know he can, he just refuses.

(He is well past 3 1/2 and this is starting to really bother me. He will be 4 in March. )

My DS turned 2 sept 30th and hes completely potty trained now. Im a SAHM and i always just let him run around w/no pants on and that got him to WANT to pee and poop in the potty more!!!

I don't have a little boy but with my daughter I didn't do pull ups because I heard from everyone in my family that it really doesn't work because it still feels like a diaper for them. So I let her run around naked and it worked for us.

It was really aggrivating for me bc he has been going to the potty for almost a year off and on just whenever he wanted and I never pushed him to use the potty. But it got to a point where he KNEW he hadta potty but would just go in his pants :/ even if I'd put big boy underwear on him hed pee or poop in em! So that's when i decided he was goin naked! Lol good luck momma!!!
