I think William is nice. I think it is dumb to make something a child's middle name if you intend on that being the name you call them. If you are going to refer to him as Caine (which I do not like) than it should be his first name. It does not make sense to make it a middle name.

if that the name you are going to call him then it might as well be his first...me personally not a big fan of caine....but it could be worst

Caine, Kane, Cane however you decide to spell it just reminds me of a character in a book...not an actual person and I don't know why.
