Turkey burgers

I'm making turkey sliders tonight. How long in advance should I season the meat and what's the best (easiest) way to cook them on the oven/stove.

We always season before we cook them or while they are being cooked. I like them in the oven covered in corn flakes lol. but we had them on the stove last night so goooood!
