Chocolate milk.

My son is 1 yr and 3 days. Iv given him cookies, cake, cheese cake (obviously little bits of mine, and rarely) I never thought twice about it. Well... Today I gave him chocolate milk and feel like a bad mom. Wtf. I'm weird. He is has only had breastmilk, cow milk, and water... Untill today.

Once in awhile isn't going to hurt him. I gave DD ovaltine at 2 yrs old every so often.

No biggie. Just don't make a habit out of it. I gave my son a couple licks off a Popsicle when he was a year old lol.
