I love it! I had so many girls names picked out, my top two were Madeline but with the last syllable pronounced like the word "line" not "lin"
and Eloise.

AND the band named themselves partially after a friend named Credence. So both spellings have been around for a while(they named themselves in the 60s and I'm assuming the guy was at least 30 yrs old, so back in the 1930s it was a name) so it's crazy they don't have either spelling. They're just name nazis

I dated a guy for quite a while that was really into 60's and 70's music and was a HUGE fan of CCR - we used to go to a lot of festivals and stuff together. Fun times!

  That's awesome. I love classic rock and especially CCR. They've been broken up for probably 40 yrs but John Fogerty was the one who wrote all the songs, sang all the songs, and played a lot of different instruments. He basically WAS the band and he still tours. I want to see him sooo bad!!

Ha, he was the only reason my ex was ok with John being used for my son's middle (we didn't end up using it). If my son had been a girl, he wanted either Layla or Rhiannon - I'm sure you understand why. I think we would have gone with Rhiannon. My new SO hates it.
