What is this?

My little boy has gotten these "blood spotted rashes" on his legs and belly when he was 2 months old. His doctore thought it was a blood disorder, but all of his tests came back normal. We havent seen anymore since he was 2 months, and now at 5 months, it has come back...but on his face.

Does anyone know what this could be? isnt allergic reactions (from detergent or similar) come in bumps? His skin is completely smooth, it just looks like he got attacked by needles on the right side of his face.

i'm gonna butcher the spelling but is pitichia(pet eek e uh) my son got them a lot if he was crying too much or straining when he pooped. bursted blood vessels basicly

Interesting. Do you know if your doctor ordered for a study of his blood cells? I know spots like that can appear from immature white blood cells entering the blood stream.

Im trying to remember which tests he got done. I know for sure that he did get a CBC done, and his white blood cell was elevated. All they said was that it meant there was some sort of infection, nothing they could do, and left it at that. I accepted it at that time because it didnt come back but now im like wtheck?
