Need some advice.. 10 month old: horrible sleeper.

I'm half complaining about her not sleeping, but I'm more concerned. My DD is 10 months old as of this past saturday. She's eating mashable table foods, she has breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between and bottles through out the day.
Just an example of last nights dinner.. she had ham, cheese to start, and then had a second helping of chicken and rice when we sat down to eat. This was about 6:15-6:30. Had a bath, and then had 6 oz of formula at 7:45 and was supposed to be down for the count. Well she wanted more, so I made he 4 more oz's. (10 oz total) so she was asleep by 8:10... 10:30 she woke up and wanted another bottle. 3:00 woke up yet again for a bottle, and at 5:00 another 3 oz.
She will not take a paci, and she's a partial thumb sucker.. she wont do it in the middle of the night. I know she's way full by morning because she doesn't even want a bottle until 9 or 9:30. I've tried rocking her, tried giving her a paci hoping she'd take it, I've tried letting her "fuss it out" but it turns to a full blown wail and she gets so upset and gets louder (I have my 4 year old son sleeping in the next room that I have to think about too) All that seems to calm her is the bottle.
Help? I'm at a loss. I know partially she wants the bottle and then the other times she doesn't even drink half of it so it's not that she's hungry. AHHHH I just don't understand. With how much she is eating during the day and stimulation and exercise she should be sleeping better. She'll go a few days and sleep great, then the next 3-4 weeks are like getting up with a 2 month old again.

I think sometimes it just depends on the kid. I mean she could be going through a growth spurt, but it normally takes a little over a year for them to be sleeping consistently unless you get lucky. My middle baby was waking up every 2 hours (I was breastfeeding) until i weaned him around a year. My oldest was somewhere around the middle range as far as sleeping went and my youngest slept through the night from about 3 or 4 months on. I know i haven't done anything majorly different with them. They're just individuals.

My DD is 11 months....she went through a phase like that between 9-11 months. She usually has been a great sleeper, some nights waking up before 7 for a bottle then going back to bed til 8-9 am. I think she had a growth spurt because for a while she was waking up and eating three bottles through the night. Hopefully for you, that is just the case and will pass. Just give bottles as needed and try to get her back to sleep. Just wait it out.
