Do i need to call my ob?

So, last night we went to walmart and refilled our water jugs for our water machine.. I think they're 5 gallons. Well, Dh is out of town, so it was me and my grandma and she can't lift them, so I did.

Anyway, I went to the restroom and there was some blood on my panties and when I wiped there was some blood/mucus on the toilet paper. It wasn't like gushing, but there was quite a bit. Do I need to call?
Btw, I'm 8 weeks and had a miscarriage in August.

Yes, any time you start bleeding you need to call your OB.

And they'll most likely tell you to go to the office, or head to the ER if there was quite a bit.

As far as I can see it has. But I figured I would lay down for a bit and then go back to the restroom and wipe again to see if there was more blood.

This was the first time I had gotten up today also.

I called. The nurse said to stay on pelvic rest for today and monitor the blood. If it increases or continues call back. If it goes away I'm fine. And no more water jugs.   lol
