bumps on arms, legs and back
posted 20th Nov
I have recently gotten little red bumps on my back, the back of my arms and the back of my calves. I got an exfoliating brush and it has helped but it isn't going away. Any advice?
I have recently started using non toxic soaps and lotions and I have tried many different kinds.

Could it be this? In my case it is.

I'm pretty sure its just ingrown hairs or little pimples. I've always gotten them on the backs of my arms but as long as I exfoliated they went away. I stopped using regular chemical soaps and it flared up. I don't want to have to go back to toxic soaps but I hate these bumps.

Thanks. That is it. Ugh I hate that all.of the remedies are using chemical Ls that aren't healthy for you. this is probably why their is a flare up bc I stopped using chemicals. Ugh

I've never used a remedy for mine, I usually am in long sleeves so that helps.

I never had it on my calves or back before I've noticed it for a few months though this time. Seems like so many people have it

DO they itch at all?
I know when it starts to get cold outside my husband gets COVERED in these red bumps some in clusters but they itch really bad so he says. He has went to the doctor about them a couple years ago and they said it was scabies... Even though I didn't have them? well he has gotten them every year as soon as cold strikes. I think it may just be the skin being irritated by the coldness? I thin kits some form of eczema but I could be wrong haha i'm no doctor but I do know the ones he has seen are idiots.
I know a few people who get the red bumps around this time of year though. i'd still go get it checked out but i seriously doubt it being anything life threatening. Just irritating for the most part.

It doesn't itch. I don't think it is scabies lol I have seen that before. I've had it off and on my whole life. Its $50 to see a dermatologist! I gotta self diagnose lol
