Random bruising?

I've noticed for months, maybe even a year or so, that I randomly get bruises on my legs. A lot of times it's on my lower leg, especially my shin. Sometimes it's my lower thigh, close to my knee. They don't hurt. I never bump into anything that I'm aware of. I randomly just look down (mainly when I'm shaving) and notice I have what appears to be a healing bruise. The green & black ugly ones. Usually not very big, they're just...there...

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what this could be? I've been told I was slightly anemic, but never actually anemic. It was always just borderline, or close, so I'm not sure that's it... I haven't had any lab work done since I gave birth though (DD is 15 months old).

If your dehydrated you can bruise easy. also if you drink a lot of alcohol you can bruise (I'm not saying that you drink)

Are you drinking enough? I know if I don't I get bruised up quickly...
