i always use milk chocolate chips. just cos i don't like dark chocolate and semi-sweet always tastes like dark.

I just use the microwave.
I do 2 min, power level 5, take out, mix, repeat til melted.

I use a double boiler. I just warm water on the stove, and put a glass bowl on top and let it melt slowly. If I melt it any other way, it seizes up.

that's how i do white chocolate, but with just milk, i've never had issues with the microwave.

I dont have any glass bowls. :/ I should look for one

I've done chocolate Hershey kiss for the first instead of peppermint and while still warm i sprinkle alittle bit of cocoa over it.

I've also done the ritz crackers they are amazing kinda like thin mints.
I add peppermint extract to melted chocolate and dip crackers in it
