I'm so tired of these amazing highs and deep, deep lows. I always feel so smurffy when I'm alone, at night   I'm gonna go crazy here with all these emotions and no way to express them.

Yeah I understand. I am in counseling and it helps some but not enough. I'm trying my hardest to not to back to the hospital
