Mortifying question about my vagina

God, I can't smurfing believe I'm asking this, please don't quote so I can delete this thread and memory.

I got a yeast infection (kinda common for me) but I was working a lot and didn't treat it for 2 days, on the second day it was so bad, I'd irritate it any chance I could scratching with tissue.

Anyway, I treated it with monistat 1 day, and my symptoms aren't going away, like it doesn't really itch like a yeast infection, but it burns when I have sex and hurts to touch,

Has this happened to anyone? It's not an std. But it's so so so bad, could it be anything else?

I'd say it could be BV but it never burned when I had sex or anything... maybe it's still just a yeast infection, but it's gotten a little worse? I have no idea XD

It could just be a really bad one. Or, your body might need something stronger if you are prone to them. I'd give the doc a call.

BV is also possible but it's usually not nearly as itchy...........

BV?

It could be Bacterial Vaginosis. It is a bacterial infection in your vagina, much of the symptoms are the same, like the burning and discharge. You need to go to the doc and get a script for it though.

Okay, good advice. I do use monistat every time so maybe I'm immune to it?

yep, you need antibiotics. you take to take them for a wk & can't drink any alcohol while on them   lmao

it sounds nasty but it's basically just a pH imbalance down there. like if you use soap on your vagina... I didn't know you aren't supposed to do that   or sex w/ a bunch of different dudes... but I'm assuming you don't do that

I'm gonna go see a doctor, this is unbearable. Can't even sleep.

Try Monistat 7.
I used to get terrible ones, and the 1 day one never worked, only the 7 day one.
