Hope I didn't over do it...

hope I didn't over do it today.. went on a cleaning spree and now Im having back pain, crampy and sore   laying down and drinking some water.. any other suggestions?

Warm bath. Baths were my very best friend when I was pregnant.

I will have to take one tonight.. my lower abdomen and lower back are still sore.. had a dr appt today and everything is ok midwife said to take it easy for a few days and to know my limits LOL
