Need help with hair ideas...

I am trying to think of something new to do with my hair. My hair is naturally dark brown, but I usually color it blonde, black or red. (Right now it's blonde.. for the most part) I want to do something different. I was thinking about a multi-colored layered look. maybe bright colors like pink or purple.. but I don't know what I can pull off.. and I don't think my current cut will do. I think I need more layers to make it look right.. right?

Here is my hair (no makeup.. be gentle   )


I don't want to cut my hair too short.. I have been trying to grow it out because it has been short for a long time and hubby likes my long hair. Any suggestions? Ideas? pics? TIA!

Go dark!! Like a really dark brown with a reddish tint..would look awesome on you..it'll make ur eyes stand out alot..youve got pretty eyes.

I would say just add more layers and shorten it up maybe an inch and do a rich auburn brownish   I think that would be pretty. But I do think its already nice

Black and purple or black and red. And you look great. I don't think you need make up.

I think a more edgy short cut would look better on you. Im not an expert tho lol\

so there would need to be more definite layers then? I have layers (this started out as one of those hair cuts that was shorter in the back than the front) but they have grown and kinda blended in to the length of my hair.

some days I want to cut it all off. But like I said, hubby likes it long and it hasn't been long in years...

thats what i had before. trying to grow it out.

I'd leave it long, and dye it dark brown with red high lights threw it.

Maybe not. I wouldn't do all over streaks just like three or four peaking in the bangs and a few around the crown and under ears

I love Hayley's hair.. but am kinda scared to go this bright...
but our eyes are almost the same color, and I think it does make her eyes pop, like October2011 said above...
