my heart hurts :(

my son went with my husband out of town Friday night and will be gone until this Wednesday night I miss my son so much this is the longest I have ever been away from him and without seeing him at all. I have been able to talk to him every night but it hurts to hear his voice and not see him he is talking so much more now than when he left I just feel like I am missing out on it. I have cried my self to sleep every night ughhh

When my DH took Liam out of town for 4 days I felt like I was having a vacation  

I'm sorry you're sad though. I'm pretty sure I'm just a selfish person! lol

see and that's what everyone keeps telling me. they're like well at least your getting a break and at least he isn't home tearing up the house, at this point I rather be cleaning up after him than feeling this emptiness that I feel without him

Me to...but then again I have an identity outside of being a mom lol
