I hate to sound like a bitch but call CPS - even anonymously. I have been here with my sister and when I spoke to my parents about it they just said "she's our daughter, we can't" and told me they'd disown me if I did. Well, I left it until I found out that she had been letting a child rapist watch my nephew and he had this weird rash all over his butt which my parents had known about but were told by my sister that if they told anyone she would take him away from them.
I called and it was looked into. I didn't care about them, I care about him because he had no voice (he still had trouble talking at 4). She refused to let him see doctors to assess him and social services and the police couldn't be bothered with it (that's England!) so nothing happened.
The rapist guy fled, as did my sister and nephew and my parents went to court for visitation. He is now 8 and really quite damaged but at least when the rapist fled he did so to another country and didn't return as he was scared that he's be caught.
I see him regularly and always tell him he can tell me anything and he always begs to live with me because her new boyfriend comes first (she won't let him as he is her meal ticket through welfare).

Please don't let the same thing happen to your niece.

why haven't you called social services? not only is this abuse crazy but what happens when one day it goes too far?

Oh shut the hell up the OP need to call CPS and get them there as soon as possible because it's obvious the OP is it standing up enough for a child who is defenseless we all understand the OP is pregnant but the other child is still
