Is this a formal wedding? Is she wearing like a pants suit if so?

I would just shrug it off. Who knows, she might change her mind before the wedding. If not, well it'll be her sticking out not you! ;)

Well, what's her reasoning? Maybe she has varicose veins, or she's just not comfortable wearing dresses. I don't see it as a big deal, but then again, I've never had a wedding.

I get annoyed easily, so yeah, I'd probably be really annoyed. But, as long as she's not standing up in the wedding, I guess I'd just let it go lol.

It's very formal, at a fancy venue. She's just wearing black pants... like this

Don't be a bridezilla. Let her wear something she is comfortable in, maybe ask her if you and she can can go shopping together for the outfit. But other than that let it go.

Because she hates me

No, I don't know her reasoning.. I wouldn't mind so much if it was a dressy suit.. but it's not.

maybe have your fiance talk to her?
figure out why those particular pants?
maybe she can't afford something new?

i guess it does sound like she's just being an smurf.
like, she wants to attention, and can't think of a positive way to get it
so, you can give her what she wants, which is for you to be miserable
or
you can realize that SHE's the one who'll look like smurf, and not worry about it

It doesn't matter what anyone else on here says, they don't know your reasoning or your relationship with her. It's your wedding and if you don't like it then that's all that matters. I don't know that I'd mind-but it's not mine!

If I were you, I'd approach her kindly about it, even if it has to be through email. Or make other wardrobe suggestions. You can explain yourself without chewing her head off and just go from there. Kindness should work better than anything. Go from there...

If she changes it, sweet. If not, only get waist up shots of her.

If they're just everyday black pants, I'd (nicely) ask if she could wear dress pants/slacks and nice heels and a dressy blouse instead. Or a skirt for the pictures and then change.

TBH though, you're really not going to notice or care later. You're going to be so in-the-moment of the ceremony and reception that you're going to laugh at yourself for stressing over her choice of clothes later. Trust me!

Well, she hasn't been involved in the wedding planning, she doesn't care to ask, doesn't care to help.
I think the black is what bothers me the most, because I always taught never wear black to a wedding
So personally, I just think she can't be bothered to get something nice.

I don't think I'll say anything.. I'll just make sure she's not in a lot of bridal pictures

sounds like a good plan

afterall, have you ever been to a wedding where you can even REMEMBER what mother of the groom wore?
i dont think anyone will notice, or care, what she's wearing.
