cracking....

im 35 weeks tomorrow and for about 2 days now i feel like a cracking bone in my pubic area when im sitting to long and move to suddenly and it kinda hurts, im not sure if im making sense but i feel like if i were cracking my pubic bone , is that normal?

I remember that happening. It would pop when I would get up from bed or the couch.

yes thats exactly what it feels like and its getting pretty painful, its like it hurts a little more every time it happens

I've even getting the same thing, especially the left side. I have an appt tomorrow & am going to talk to her about it, because ouch

same thing is happening to me took about 20mins just to stand up out of bed then another 5 or so mins just to sit on the toilet i almost peed myself

My hips would "pop" a lot when I was pregnant they still do sometimes, but it never hurts, feels good.
You could have a rotated pelvis, they are common in pregnancy.

Pubic symphosis disorder. Its when the ligaments of the pelvis become too loose, allowing your hip bones to wander. I had it, felt like my bones would overlap and grind in the middle of my pelvis until they'd finally "pop" back into place. Mine is severe, im 11a weeks post partum and still can't get around. I had to do physical therapy. Speak with your doctor. They can put you into physical therapy (even while pregnant) and it helps a bunch
