What is it?

3 weeks now I have had a headache. my whole head and face feel like they will explode. if I hear a loud noise I get sick to my stomach even if its not that loud. And Noises cause me to get irritable in general. It's like I just want to be alone with it silent, and just lay there for a day. what is it?

It also sounds like migraine symptoms but I don't know about having one for 3 weeks straight.
