Thanks all! I felt like a bloated monster during it. I hate how iv's just fill you with fluid. The answer to the earlier question it was a hospital. We were just trying to establish a back up place at a birth center but he came early. I had called that friday morning and they said the midwife there would call me back and never did, thankfully because I really loved my midwife and we needed to be where we could get things done. Once I didn't progress on my own I knew something was wrong and home birth wasn't an option.
The nurses there called me the angel mom. My baby looks like a cute angel and I had no real sign of distress or pain. Even though inside my head I was screaming. It is like when you get so scared you think you scream out loud but you don't. I swore up and down I was screaming my head off but I wasn't. I am glad I didn't want to scare my husband. But I am very hated at the hospital and clinic, because I have no belly at all it is completely flat, and no muscle seperation so I should be able to tighten it back in a week or so. TRUST me this has only happened after my first. I worked my butt of for two and three!
Quoting CRSx2Mommy:" umm you're a freak for being so pretty during a labor that hard. "
AGREED! lol But congrats to you Dad and 3 big brothers!!! I know your so incredibly happy he is finally here, and healthy I'm glad everything went the best it could even though you were at the hospital.
Your so lucky I was forced to have a c-section because DD's head was turned half an inch to the left and she got stuck. If I had a midwife instead of an OB they would have simply checked the way her head was coming down and turned her slightly and I would have had my all natural birth. Congrats though he is beautiful.
