If a guy is "just talking to a girl" but she thinks its is more serious than he does and he hooks up with someone else, do you still consider him a cheater? Im just curious

No, because he never made a commitment to the girl he was just talking to.

No he never made a commitment

It's only cheating if they had an agreement to not date/sleep with other people.

This happened to a girl friend of mine this past weekend. she was the "hook up" girl lol and now he is dating the girl he was originally talking too. i thought that was really odd.

Not a cheater, but I wouldn't want to be with a guy like that, so I would back off.
