Cramps??

I am 35 weeks pregnant and all day I have been sleeping from 1 am last night till 3 pm today. I have gotten up a few time and every time I do i have braxton hicks. So when my husband got home I made him some left overs and I started having some cramps in the middle of my stomach. They were too painful and baby boy was actively moving which he hasnt moved this much in a few weeks and now I am starting to get some mild back pain and cramps. And I believe he has rolled and is not head down anymore! Help!

are you noticing any sort of pattern to the cramps?

have you been drinking enough water?

I dont see a consistency with the cramps except they last for ten minutes or more and stop for a while then start up slow. And yes I have been drinking water and laying on my left side.
