One a day vitamins?

Am I getting this right?
So this will help boost my metabolism AND give me my daily vitamins that I'm deficient in?

I used them before I got pregnant... They work well with a diet but if u aren't watching what u east u may as well take Flintstones vitamins lol.

I take the regular one a day but I think I might try that out !

I've been taking them for 3 days. I definitely feel more energized. I can feel it working even with my cold.
I'm hoping that once this is gone and I've been taking them for a while that maybe I will stop being so smurfing sickly

It's good that the Vitamins are helping you. Women need Vitamins to keep their health good as they are involved in a lot of work.
