I had some pink spotting this morning when I used the restroom, it went away after I wiped, I've been clear all day but doctor said to just rest and take it easy, is it ok to get an orgasm still by touching/ fingering or would that cause my cervix to get irritated? I can always wait

I'd wait just to be safe.

Normally when they say 'rest', they mean pelvic rest. That means no lifting anything over 10lbs, no sex, and limited walking around. If things are irritated in there, the last thing you want to do is stir things up more. I'd just wait. Tomorrow though or at your next appointment, I'd ask for a clearer idea of what he is ok with you doing and not doing. Each dr varies a little bit.
