If you had a doula

What is one thing your doula did that made a big difference for you? What is something she brought along with her that helped you during your labor/delivery? One of my family members is training to be a doula, and I'd like to put together a box of goodies for her for Christmas, but I need some ideas. I never had one!

Mine pretty much acted as a babysitter for my oldest so my husband could be with me and we didnt have to worry about a toddler running around the hospital.
Actual things that helped
TENS unit (expensive)
Exercise ball to bounce/roll on
Camera for pictures
Notebook to keep notes unless she uses a tablet or something like that
Scarf for positioning and helping lift my belly up while doing some exercises
extra hair ties for mamas that forget them
