I lost mine a month ago... My Doc said for some woman can loose it up to 6 months before having their baby. But it also depends on how far along you are when you lose it...I am 37 weeks+4 and the doc told me today he see's me having the baby with in a couple weeks. So it just depends....Just remember when you lose the plug no baths... Only showers and depending on how far along you are the Doc may even say no sex.. you really should let your doc know you think you lost it and have him check you out and then he will tell you what to do or not do or what not lol

You are fine to take a bath after loosing your plug. It can regenerate and women can loose it multiple times throughout pregnancy. Its really not a big deal at all and means pretty much nothing in terms of labor.

well that is why I said she needs to talk to her Doc...Because my Doc told me no more baths. I think it just depends. I know losing it does not mean you are going to go into labor...My mom had 7 kids she only lost hers with one. So not everyone loses it. It comes when the baby comes

I have never heard of a doctor saying no baths after the mucos plug. After your water breaks yes but otherwise you are completely fine.
