It can regenerate and women can loose it multiple times throughout pregnancy. Its really not a big deal at all and means pretty much nothing in terms of labor.

I think it just depends. I know losing it does not mean you are going to go into labor...My mom had 7 kids she only lost hers with one. So not everyone loses it. It comes when the baby comes

After your water breaks yes but otherwise you are completely fine."Please Do not mistake what I am saying I could take all the showers i wanted I was just not allowed to soak in a bath he said the plug is what keeps germs ad things from getting in there and because woman are prone to infections from baths and things he says no baths after loosing it
