When do you think it is the best time to tell your work that you are pregnant? Ive been at my job for about 6 months and Ive been going back and forth. Im with a bank and only 4 other people work there so we all talk alot during down time and we are pretty close. I feel like they will be hurt I didnt tell them sooner if I wait to tell them until 12-14 weeks when I was originally planning on. Being pregnant does not affect any of my job duties, the only thing it would affect is that I will be out for maternity leave. Should I wait it out? It might get harder to hide though with things like ms, needing extra bathroom breaks etc... and it might be easier if they knew sooner so they would be understanding of why I need to go to the bathroom so often lol.

I'd wait! But that's just me.  

I would wait until you're in your second trimester.

Don't tell them ever.....let the awkwardness amuse you when everyone isn't sure if you are gaining weight or pregnant. Then when someone gets the balls to risk asking you.....say no. I loved doing that in stores when I was ready to pop, and someone would ask when I was due...I would say "for what" and they would look at me like wtf....gotta make your own fun!
