Dilated

I'm 3 cms dilated and will be 38weeks on thursday. Baby is in position and my doctor could feel the baby's head. How do I speed things along and what's your guess on when I'll go into labor.

I am going to guess Friday at 11:03pm

Walking.... but waiting until the baby is ready.

If your doctor didn't give you any secrets, I think we should all hide them from you too.....................  


Kickboxing/squats
Sex/Nipple Stimulation
Bounce on exercise ball
Lots of walking

If they don't work, it's simply because baby will come when he/she is ready.

Friday at 1103 that's such a precise time lol

Nipple stimulation? Never heard of that. I heard sex would speed things along but I'm so uncomfortable it's ridiculous. But what's the right way to do nipple stimulation my husband would love that.

they say if you do nipple stimulation it will release your own bodys form of oxytocin an start contractions. I heard doin this tho the contractions can be even more painful. But you just stimulate the nipples...pull...tweak...etc. It says to do it for 2 or 3 hours a day. Hope this helps
